Uptown Dance Company II

UDC II is a pre-professional performing group, comprised of Uptown Dance Centre’s Levels VI and VII students. They perform annually in Nutcracker Suite, Dance Infusion, Spring Show, and various festivals locally and abroad. These dancers are selected to audition by invitation only. UDC II dancers have the privilege to work with renowned choreographers in works created especially for them, as well as have the opportunity to perform with Uptown Dance Company. UDC II has toured nationally to Chicago and New York, and internationally to Austria, Mexico, Costa Rica, and China.

2024–25 Company II Artists include: Macy Anchondo, Caris Kim, Anna Ritter, Anna Cariveau, Natalie Getz, Meadow Morales, Mary Beth Scollard, Ava Casas, Camille Fuentes, and Ava Wood.

Senior & Junior Companies

The Senior and Junior Companies are an introduction to becoming a performer with UDC II. Uptown Dance Centre Levels IV and V students are encouraged to audition annually for these pre-professional companies. Junior and Senior company members have the opportunity to explore the wide range of skills required to become a professional dancer. These skills include pantomime, stage craft, artistry, and self-expression. Company members are featured in the pre-shows for Uptown Dance Company performances, they also perform in the annual Nutcracker Suite hosted by Uptown Dance Company.

2024–25 Senior Company Artists include: Chloe Austin, Abigail Bahorich, Emilie Beney, Ashton Cochran, Ana Victoria Crespo, Laila Dalal, Anna Lindsay, Maddie Lissonnet, Milan Morales, and Annabelle Whitebread.

2024-25 Junior Company Artists include: Mary Aycock, Anna Christine Bartolo, Carrington Charles, Emily Cochran, Rebecca Finn, Bryn Foster, Louisa Foster, Bianca Gayarre, Samuel Guadarrama, Elizabeth Haines, Margaret Jantz, Malia Konieczka, Camilla Leal, Harper Lenhart, Annabella Mier, Morgan Neuhaus, Trevi Waguespack, and Jennifer Zeng.
